New year resolution: be plucky and put in this ad, for the chance of prince charming peering over my garden fence is simply too unlikely! I love and enjoy my life, my family, my friends, my home and my now very part-time professional involvements. For all these blessings I am most grateful. What I do miss is the companionship and emotional involvement with a kindred spirit, an open minded and interesting man, preferably a gentleman, ideally with a good sense of humour, with whom to share some of my joys and sorrows. Travelling would also be more fun à deux, or whatever else we might find we both like doing. I prefer country to city life but also enjoy cultural events here or abroad. I am widowed, 66, multilingual, tall and still reasonably good looking, so I'm told, and I live near Zurich. Separate basic homes seem sensible at our age, also you might find me a bit too much of a good thing every single day!
